Alana Winegeart

Alana Winegeart, Funeral Director ~ Owner

Alana was born and raised in Pampa, Texas and is the daughter of Allen and Jan Snapp. She graduated from Pampa High School in 1989. She is married to William Winegeart and has 3 children, Victoria, Chloe' and a heavenly son Jarred. She is dual-licensed in funeral services from Amarillo College of Mortuary Science. She is an active and proud member in this community and is involved in many different activities. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Pampa, Downtown Business Association, Rotary Club, Order of the Eastern Star, the President of the high schools band booster club and attends Briarwood Full Gospel Church. She is also active in community events such as the Epilepsy Stroll, and The Pride of Pampa Band Carnival put on each year. She took over Winegeart Funeral Home in January 2015 with the vision of ministering to the families of Pampa and the surrounding areas. This is not a job to her but a calling to show love, compassion and dedication to the families dealing with the heartbreak of losing their loved ones. She is well versed in the planning and pre-planning of funeral services. Alana and her staff at the home work very hard to go above and beyond for the families that come in and have great attention to detail and the utmost respect when it comes to celebrating the lives of those who passed on.

William Winegeart

William Winegeart, Funeral Assistant

William Winegeart is the husband of Alana. He was born in Pampa but raised in Borger, Texas. He graduated from Borger High in 1991. He is the son of the late Sandra Winegeart and Travis and Jennifer Winegeart. He also works at Energy Transfer as a South Panhandle Energy Supervisor. Like Alana he is active in the Pampa community, he also attends Briarwood Full Gospel Church and is the President of the Pampa High School Band Booster club. He assists Alana at the funeral home with services and transportation of loved ones for out of town services. William is in full support of Alana and her ministry and vision of compassion, respect and love here at Winegeart Funeral Home.

Allen and Jan Snapp

Allen and Jan Snapp, Funeral assistants

Allen and Jan are parents to Alana and are lifelong residents of Pampa, Texas. Allen owns Premier Well Services and Snappy Services here in town. They are active church members at Highland Baptist Church and are a loving couple with many friends and family. They fully support and are very involved in Winegeart Funeral Home and both help out in regards to transportation for services, assisting in making the service folders, thank you cards and bookmarks for our families. They view the funeral home as a ministry to Pampa and the surrounding areas and love being part of helping those who lost loved ones honor them with love and respect.

Christie  Mahon

Christie Mahon, Funeral Assistant/Apprentice

Christie is our newest staff member and comes to us from Colorado Springs, Colorado with her hometown being Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has lived here with her best friends since October 2016. She comes from a loving family and is the oldest of 4. She enjoys school, her friends, music, and drawing. She graduated from Hope Christian High School in 2003, and went to college at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado where she lived for ten years. She was working hard attending school to pursue her calling to be in this ministry and become a funeral director when God called her out to Pampa and opened up the door of opportunity with Alana here at Winegeart Funeral Home. She seeks Christ in everything she does and is eager and faithful to learn the ins and outs of this ministry with Alana at Winegeart. She strongly believes that this is not just a job or a business but a call to love and show compassion, kindness, respect and hope to families during their time of sorrow losing their loved ones.

Mary  Lane

Mary Lane, Funeral Assistant

Mary is a loving, kind-spirited mother of four that has lived here in Pampa,Texas for 7 years. She enjoys crocheting and cooking and being an active part of the community. She has worked for Winegeart Funeral Home for about 3 years as an assistant. She loves working for Alana and the funeral home because of how family oriented and community friendly this place is. She also views this as a ministry and not a job, and thinks this is a great medium to honor loved ones and families here in North Texas who are having to walk the path of grieving and loss. She enjoys the personal touch that Alana insists on having with each family and is proud to help when and where she can.

Pam Lamboley

Pam Lamboley, Funeral Assistant

Pamela Lamboley comes to us from the island of Hawaii. Been a resident of Pampa for the last five years. You may remember her from Roberta's flowers. She and her husband Ambrosio have been married since 1990 and have a son Charles. She enjoys motorcycle riding with her husband, doing volunteer work, and attends Highland Baptist Church. Working at Winegeart Funeral Home with compassionate and understanding staff has given her a sense of home, and she is happy to bring peace and love during difficult times for our families.
